Summer Reading is here!

The Westfield Athenaeum provides reading challenges during the summer and winter for people of all ages.

The Summer Reading Challenge encourages people of all ages to read at least 1000 minutes this summer! Reading includes being read to, reading on your own, listening to audiobooks, and more! By encouraging children and teens to read during the summer, it can help prevent the summer slide. Plus, can you help us reach our Community Goal of 450,000 minutes read by Westfielders over the entire summer?! Prizes are awarded for achieving various reading milestones.

This year’s theme, Level Up at Your Library, encourages our patrons to build their reading power and see what heights they’re capable of reaching!
