This chat is typically staffed during our open hours by Reference Desk staff, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday, and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The Reference Staff may not be able to reply right away if assisting patrons at the desk, but we will be with you shortly!
