April is Poetry Month! Celebrate by entering a poem in the Westfield Athenaeum’s Poetry Contest.
Entries will be accepted April 1st – April 30th, 2026, and may be submitted online through our jotform with this link https://form.jotform.com/260635255638159 , OR in person to the Adult or Youth Services Circulation

A reception will be held at the library in the Lang Auditorium to honor all of the poets on Thursday, May21st at 6:00pm. Winners of the contest will be announced, prizes will be awarded, anyone will be welcome to read their poem, and refreshments and snacks will be provided.
There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for each age group.
