Technology Classes

Basic Computer Class series:

  • Computer Basics
    December 9, 2pm
    Committee Room
    This class will help build basic computers skills. Topics include: how to use a mouse, an introduction to computer components, and software vs. hardware.

  • Introduction to the Internet 
    December 16, 2pm
    Committee Room
    Students will learn how to open and navigate websites and basic search engine use.

  • Sign-up for an Email Account 
    January 6, 2pm
    Committee Room
    Students will learn basic email functions and have the opportunity to open an email account

  • Introduction to Microsoft Word
    January 13, 2pm
    Committee Room
    Students will learn to create, edit and save documents; including page set up, cutting, copying and pasting.

One-on-one technology tutorials are available by appointment. Group Classes are available periodically. Topics may include Email, Microsoft Word, and Facebook.
